To return a Buchyon product, simply send a mail to support@buchyon.com.

Email support@buchyon.com, providing your:

• First and Last Name
• Order Number

We will reply with details including a return shipping label for returns shipped within the United states. 

Unfortunately, we cannot pay international return cost at this time.
