We try to ensure the sizing between all of our styles is as true to size as possible. That being said, our styles vary in material so there may be some differences in sizing once our shoes are worn in. HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASED PRODUCT:
In the event that you would like to return your purchased product(s) please follow the instructions below:
Email support@buchyon.com, providing your:
- First and Last Name
- Order Number
- Reason for return (optional)
REFUNDS:
- Refunds are only applicable within 30 days of receiving your package.
- We can not offer refunds to shipments that go stolen/missing during shipment transportation.
- We can not offer refunds to shipments that have been marked "delivered", but have been stolen or missing.
- A physical product must be shipped back to us in the event of a return.
- The physical product that you purchased, but would like to return must be in good standing condition when received by our main corporate office.
- Damaged Products
In the event you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will happily send a replacement order.
WRONG ADDRESS
- We are not liable for mistakes made when customers input shipping information at checkout.
- In the event your order is bounced back and sent back to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will reship your package out.
- In the event your order is shipped and marked as "delivered" to an incorrect address due to mistakes made by you at checkout, we cannot send a replacement order.
- Please double check your shipping information as well as contact email at checkout before submitting.
- In the event we do reship your order, your order (original & reshipped order) is not eligible for returns for a refund.

What's your cancellation policy?
Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed. You can cancel your order with 2 hours of placing it only by sending email to support@buchyon.com. After 2 hours of placing your order, it cannot be cancelled and it will process in full.
Can i change my delivery address?
Please tell our customer support team via Contact Us Page or support@buchyon.com within 2 hours of order placement. If your order has not been shipped, we may be able to change the address for you.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship via Fedex and UPS Ground shipping and orders are usually shipped within 1 business day to most parts of United States. We ship via USPS when we shipping to P.O boxes in the United States. We also use USPS for smaller items.
How quickly do you ship?
All orders are usually processed within 1 business day and takes about 3 to 5 business days to deliver depending on your destination and selected shipping method.
